Wonder Trail: little lessons, a world of wonder
Play Wonder Trail free Ages 5 to 11.
Join Pip the fox on a gentle learning adventure. Build words, solve little problems and bring a storybook island to life. Reading and math have separate paths, so children can start at a suitable level in each.
The library contains 216 lessons across Foundation, Explorer and Expert trails for kindergarten through grade 5, mapped to selected U.S. Common Core standards. It is supplementary practice, with original content; it does not cover every standard or replace a full school curriculum.

Questions parents ask
What curriculum does it use?
Lessons map to selected U.S. Common Core reading, language and math standards from kindergarten through grade 5. This initial library is not a complete curriculum and has not undergone independent educator validation.
Does it assess spoken reading?
No. Word audio and optional device narration support practice. Oral pronunciation and reading fluency require an adult observation; there is no microphone or automatic speech grading.
Where does progress go?
Progress stays in this browser. Up to three learners have separate reading and math progress. An adult can download a backup or restore one.
Can we skip ahead?
You can choose different starting grades for reading and math. Within a grade, lessons unlock after a ready checkpoint, and completed lessons remain available for practice.
Is it free?
Yes. There are no ads, payments, accounts, lost lives or public leaderboards.
