Trolley Town: a little shopping adventure

Play Trolley Town free Ages 3 to 10.

Choose a colorful trolley and explore Sunny Grocery, Handy Hardware or Happy Toy Shop. Tap a spot to walk there, collect list items automatically beside the shelves and gather everything for a picnic, a building project or a toy party.

Every trip ends with a choice: visit the friendly cashier or try self-checkout. Scan each item, put it in the bag and pay with pretend money. Then build a little project and add a sticker to your scrapbook.

How to play

  1. Pick Little, Super or Smart shoppers to suit your child.
  2. Choose a store, trolley color and shopper.
  3. Tap the floor to move, or tap a list item to walk to its shelf. Items still needed are picked up automatically when you get close.
  4. Follow the picture list. Tap a list item for a hint and return anything you do not need.
  5. Choose cashier or self-checkout. Slide items across the scanner and into the bag, then tap or drag your pretend card onto the reader. Large buttons work too.
  6. Place three project pieces to finish your mission and collect a scrapbook sticker.

What kids practice

  • Picture matching and recognizing everyday objects
  • Counting quantities and following a list
  • Whole-number prices, budgets and pretend coins
  • Planning a route and helping a friend
